What is your return/exchange policy?
Upon receipt of your item, we will issue a credit voucher in the form of a coupon code, valid for 3 months. This code is strictly non-exchangeable for cash. Codes must be used in a single transaction. Excess amounts will not be refunded.
Returned items need to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and purchased directly from flaunt.cc in its original condition.
To initiate your exchange/return, Simply :
(1) Email us at email@example.com with the following details:
(a) order number
(b) your name
(c) reasons for the exchange
(1) We reserve the rights to accept exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. (2) flaunt.cc is not responsible for any lost of postage(s) during the returning of the goods. (3) All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions). (4) Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on the part of flaunt.cc. (5) If you return an item to Flaunt.cc (i) without a an email instruction from Flaunt.cc or beyond the 14 day issuance period, Flaunt.cc retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee.

What is your refund policy?
Strictly no cash refunds will be done. Please read out return/exchange policy above to see if you qualify to have your items returned/exchanged.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (ie. we shipped you the wrong item or the item has a defect), we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs as long as you use a standard shipping method. If you are returning an item because you are not happy with it or want to exchange it for a different piece, then you are responsible for the shipping costs. If you'd like to initiate a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order #, name and reason for exchange.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your return.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we do and from as low as SGD$3.05. Add your desired items to cart and use our "Shipping estimater tool" on the cart page itself to get an accurate cost of shipping to your country. All our international shipping methods are trackable.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Singapore.
When will you ship my order out?
We usually take 1 business day to process, pack and ship your order. For eg. An order placed on Monday, 4pm, will be mailed on Tuesday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders will be mailed out on the following Monday.
After your order has shipped. Our system will send an shipment confirmation email with your tracking number in it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Bank transfers, ATM transfers, Paypal and standard Credit Cards via Paypal.
For customers paying by Paypal or Credit cards – After clicking "Place Order" at the final step of checkout, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can choose to pay by credit card or from your existing paypal account.
For customers who select "bank transfer" at checkout , Our bank account information will be available after your complete your order and in the email confirmation we'll send to you.

How do I track my order?
To track your order simply head over to Singpost's registered article tracking page at http://www.singpost.com/index.php?quickTool=TrackItem#Quick and key in the tracking number provided to you via email. eg. RR672819092SG.
Tracking results can take 24 hours to update from the time of shipment. Please note that if you selected a shipping option that does not have tracking (such as Normal Mail), you will not see a tracking link in your order details.
Singapore Addressees please note: Normal post/mail is non-insured and customers bear the risk of lost packages. We suggest forking out that extra $1.00 for registered mail. It helps you sleep better. If your package gets returned to us, We'll let you know so arrangements can be made for a resend.
Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?
Once an order is submitted through our website, it is usually not possible to make changes to the order. We do our best to pull and ship orders as quickly as possible which makes these types of changes very difficult. You can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a change to your order, and we will see if we can catch it before it ships.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, simply email email@example.com to request the cancellation of your order. Please be sure to include the ORDER # in either the subject line or body of your email. If your order has already shipped, you will be given instructions on how to return the order to us. Once we receive your order back to our warehouse, your payment will be refunded less the original shipping charges.
Can I change the information on my flaunt.cc account?
You sure can. To make any changes to your account just log in to your flaunt.cc account ( Account ), in your account page, you will be able modify everything except for your username, customer id and the date you joined.
Will there be customs fees applied to my international order?
International orders may have additional fees applied to them by the receiving country's (your country's) customs agency. Unfortunately, flaunt.cc has nothing to do with these fees and is not able to estimate fees or determine whether or not there will be any. To learn more about your country's customs fees and any other import duties/taxes, we recommend contacting your country's customs agency.
